I'm Phil Stone Dip Hyp (ASCH) GQHP, a former motorcycle racer based in Herne Bay, Kent.
I know and understand the importance of a positive mindset in sport which is why I developed Sports Performance Visualisation Training.
My office is located in Oakdale Road, Herne Bay, Kent. There is ample free parking. It is approximately 1 mile from Herne Bay train station and 5 mins walk from the nearest bus stop.
